How Cool Are Our Fans?

We can’t thank you enough for participating in our t-shirt campaign. At final count, there were over 670 shirts ordered. The funds raised will go toward covering repairs and charges that still arise during our temporary closure. Fridges still break down, grass still needs to be cut, and wages still need to be covered. Don’t be surprised to hear from us again as the struggle continues. We are all in this together and would like nothing more than to entertain you for years to come. Your support does not go unnoticed. Be safe and thanks for giving live music a fighting chance.

All shows from 3/17 – 6/10 have now been Postponed, with new dates TBA. Below is a list of confirmed new dates that we know so far. Once a date IS officially rescheduled, you will be able to use your ticket for the new date or a refund will be available, but please wait until a new date is announced to request a refund. Our website & FB will be updated as quickly as possible, as we get new information. We are also working closely with our ticketing company Ticketmaster, to get notifications out as fast as possible. Note that our box office will be closed for the time being, so hold on to tickets purchased in person at our Box Office, and we’ll take care of those when we reopen.

Be sure to check back regularly for additional information.
To request a refund, log on to Ticketmaster.com and go to your account. You will see your ticket purchases. Click on View Event Details. There should be (or will be shortly) a button there specifically to request a refund. Once you’re on that page, there’s also a button in the lower right-hand corner that says “Live Chat”, where you can also “talk” to a customer service rep.
Finally, there’s a customer service phone number (800-653-8000), though the hold time may be a little long, as they’re getting a lot of calls.
In addition to holding on to your previously purchased tickets, we encourage you to check out our schedule for the future, and buy some tickets! http://www.birchmere.com/calendar/

Tickets for all Birchmere shows available exclusively through Ticketmaster.com!
